Since establishing a New York real estate practice in 1998, Monet Binder works in concert with her partner and a dedicated group of associates representing clients in a knowledgeable and professional manner.  Monet Binder has successfully represented international and U.S. individuals and businesses in the metro New York area, Long Island and Westchester Counties.

Revaz Tchatchanachvili, Esq.

Revaz Tchatchanachvili is a managing partner with the firm, specializing in matters of commercial and residential real state, bank representations, development projects, hard money lending, international finance, OPIC loans, wills and trusts, condominium and cooperative representation, HDFC housings.

Revaz brings to the firm many years of business and corporate experience.  Prior to his work with the Binder Law Group, he had established and developed a legal practice that consistently delivered superior results for clients, primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and financial transactions, personal injury and international finance.

Revaz Tchatchanachvili received his BA degree from the Brown University and a Juris Doctorate from St. John University.

Andrew Citron, Esq.

Andrew Citron's law practice includes white collar crime and civil business litigation, jury trials, proceedings, and appeals, criminal and civil, in Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, Second Circuit Court of Appeals and New York state courts. His recent acquittals in criminal jury trials include New York State charges of larceny and sexual assault. His civil business litigation involves complex, document intensive cases. His criminal appeals have included reversal of conviction for kidnapping. His civil cases have included complex R.I.C.O. matters and court appointed Assistant Trustee of Teamsters Local.

Andrew Citron has extensive jury trial experience including matters pertaining to Federal securities fraud, market manipulation, Federal tax fraud, and Federal racketeering. He has conducted internal investigations for securities brokers, successfully defended client extradition from Italy to Southern District of New York. He has represented Claus von Bulow in appeal from attempted murder conviction under supervision of Professor Alan Dershowitz, and in defense at re-trial under supervision of Thomas Puccio.

Racheld D. Danielov

Over the last thirteen years Racheld Danielov has been corporate counsel for both domestic and international companies. In said capacity she has negotiated and drafted contracts in almost every area of the business arena, including merger and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, corporate filings and maintenance for both American and offshore entities, employment contracts, franchising and licensing agreements, trademark filings, bankruptcy and liquidation proceedings, and nondisclosure and non-circumvention agreements. As securities counsel she has prepared private placement offering documents along with the required compliance documents under SEC laws, blue sky laws, and state and local laws. Rachel D. Danielov now brings her experience to BLG providing the professional expertise you deserve.

Rachel D. Danielov received an undergraduate degree in 1991 from the University of Michigan (honors student) and a Juries Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1993.  She is admitted to practice law in New York and Michigan.
